2026 Camper Non‑Attendance Fee Policy

Effective January 1, 2026, our program will implement a non‑attendance fee to support accurate planning, staffing, and allocation of resources.

To help us effectively manage resources and maintain appropriate staffing levels, a $40.00 fee will be applied for each registered week that a camper does not attend.

Policy Details

  • The $40.00 non‑attendance fee is charged per camper, per registered week of absence.
  • Fees will appear on the family’s account and must be paid before additional registrations can be processed.

Purpose

This policy ensures that:

  • Staffing levels remain appropriate for safety and quality of care.
  • Resources such as materials, meals, and activity supplies are planned accurately.
  • Program spots are not reserved and unused while other families remain on waitlists.
